Born & raised in Portland, Oregon, the land of outdoor adventures, artisan coffee shops, and resident weirdos, self included. In this land, I've worked professionally as a dancer for the past 10 years, which has inspired my other profession of visual storytelling. Movement, musicality, rhythm, and visceral emotion drive my work in cinematography and editing. Both so distinctive in their own art-form yet inextricably linked together. Each process I love equally and see them as one in the same. Film can express what often can be hard to say with just words.
Recently graduated from Portland State University with two degrees: Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Bachelors of Science in Advertising. Worked in student-run advertising agency at PSU called FIR Northwest, learning how a real advertising agency works by conceiving, producing, and pitching to real PDX clients several ad campaigns. We produced posters, banner ads, social media posts, commercial scripts, and OOH (out-of-home) advertisements to communicate the branding needs of our clients.
